I really like this app. It helps me keep track of classes and pick & choose those that benefit me. I can also schedule my week, and reserve classes that typically fill up. No complaints here. A good resource.

Not crashing after new update, nice, I can use my membercard now

It a really great app I love the feature that you can check in at the gym with the barcode. I switched to 24 and they dont offer that. I liked how it kept track of when I went to the gym. I miss this app!!

Love the new app because it keeps me in the know of class schedules and hours of my home gym as well as other gyms when I travel...

I use the app often. Nice design BUT the cancellation of personal training session not working properly. Sessions cancelled dont show added to the remaining ones and not reliable with what the staff at LA sees in the system. Very frustrating for such basic functionally not to be working!! Of course staff never told us about the lack of reliability either and when I told them they didnt seem surprised nor really caring ...

The only feature I would like to see them add is passbook/wallet support. It would be much easier to pull up my membership card from the wallet when the phone is locked than to unlock my phone, hunt for the app, and then tap on membership card. I realize this is the quintissential "first world problem" type review, but since Apple offers the wallet and other loyalty/membership cards work in it, I think this would be a nice build.

I only downloaded the app for the membership card. So its kind of a waste of space on my phone bc I dont use the other features. I highly recommend that the membership cards be integrated into Apple Wallet as a pass. Honestly, that would make things so much more convenient than having to open up that app every time I want to check in.

Why is the "Find a Club" button at the first position? Most people know which club they go to. The "Membership Card" button should be front and center. Thats the button people use EVERY TIME. Two things could make this better: - Replace the useless picture of the LA Fitness club that is not the one I go to with the bar code for my membership card. This way, I could launch the app and scan in. Or, even better: - Support Apple Wallet like every other grocery store, gas station, and most retail places. When I arrive at the club, my membership card is just there on my lock screen. Easy peasy. Right now, its faster to use my key tag than the phone bar code, and most people are confused when I try to use my Apple Watch. Adding Wallet support would make a huge improvement to this app. Please consider it.

The app automatically opens 1/4 of the time whenever I unlock phone. Needs an update immediately to fix issue or else will be deleting app. Very annoying!

This app is a full featured system. We have the opportunity to use several different locations and this gives us the everything, everyday everywhere. Very useful & well thought out.

App needs to show pictures of group instructors, not just their name. Often times you go to a class that you like and you didnt catch their name, but you remember their face.

They need to be updating the fitness class schedule. The schedule I see for my locations hasnt been updated for a month! Not happy when I dont know what class I might be walking into.

What happens if the app crashes and I am unable to scan the bar code from the app? By adding access to the app, it removes access to the physical bar code accessory.

Every time I try to add someone to my guest list the app crashes. Its useless !

This app has pretty much everything you need in order to find out what gym is closest to you and even reserve spots in classes. It is simple to use and very efficient.

This app needs Apple wallet support! Please allow us to add our membership card to Apple wallet.

Decent App. I use the electronic member card function but it would be so much better with Apple Wallet support. Other features, locations and classes, reservations, etc are nice.

Wish they offered apple wallet so I could easily bring up membership card.

I cant believe that the one reason to have this app...membership card doesnt have a shortcut on 3D Touch. Thats crazy.

The app is decent, however its slow to load and seems to load information slowly. They need to add the 3D touch to show my membership card so as I walk in immediately with a press, it goes directly to the card to get it scan. This is on the iPhone 6s and later
