App design ok but cancellation feature NOT reliable

I use the app often. Nice design BUT the cancellation of personal training session not working properly. Sessions cancelled dont show added to the remaining ones and not reliable with what the staff at LA sees in the system. Very frustrating for such basic functionally not to be working!! Of course staff never told us about the lack of reliability either and when I told them they didnt seem surprised nor really caring ...
