Cannot open "My Account" information with the latest update. Also, the Plymouth, MI club was deleted.

It now hangs when I try to do anything except open my membership card up

Success of an app is typically based on more than 1 of the multiple functions working. Membership card is the only thing that opens. Other reviews seem to support the same issues. Why isnt this fixed?

Server issue makes loading training sessions slow or they never load at all.

I did the update and now I cant access my account. This app is terrible. Do not do the update!

Cant make racquetball reservations or even see current reservations. Spinner just spins and spins and spins...

Just updated the app and now it does not open. Please fix

Unable to Reserve Courts

Recent update has screwed the app, unable to book court, look at schedules, etc. All it gives is a white circle that keeps on spinning. How can you not test and make an update, its as bad as how some of the LA fitness gyms are maintained.

Can no longer access my personal information. Not happy!!!

Ever since I updated, I cant open anything in the app. It just keeps "loading". Please fix asap!!

This app is a disaster, and LA fitness wants me to manage my membership and use it as my card to access the gym? That feature doesnt even load. Many other less important features also dont function, but the membership card is the real problem here.

The "bug fixes" have created a new set of bugs. I can no longer access personal training or schedule sessions. Not productive! Please fix!

When the app is working its great, I can check classes, cancel appointments and review LA fitness happenings. As with a lot of apps when there is an update things can get funny. I found deleting the old app and reinstalling the new makes all the difference.

Why would using app membership card disable physical card? Goofy.

Update to review below. Fixed the app. Works as designed now. I can access my acct. happy again. Was once useful. No longer. Click on My Account and watch the wheel endlessly turn. You can never access any of the information. Terrible.

She the app works its great, can locate class, trainers appt, gym schedule.. But when it becomes temperamental its freezes, it logs me out and foe the life of God, please get it to upload and stop the Spinning, like its going work and It DOESNT!!! Its quite frustrating when youre trying to get information quickly!!

Being able to add a membership card to Apple Wallet should be implemented. Every time you get to the location of your gym, the membership card will pop up automatically.

Im using a iPhone 6s. No need to have a keytag when you use the app.
