Let me schedule my own appointments!

This app used to be good. Key word: USED. Every since the stupid update, I cant schedule my own appointments. Do you know for frustrating it is to pay all of this money for a trainer and cant even be able to use my sessions. I understand that Im not always guaranteed the same person; however, not being able to have a session with anyone pisses me off. I pay for 8 a month, but as of next week I will have 14 unused sessions.
