App Freezing

When booking anything, often the app freezes for lengthy periods of time, and by the time it comes back up there are no spaces available (i.e. Squash courts).

Also, I often come to the court and the person before me refuses to leave despite seeing me waiting. No one seems to monitor this from the club and we dont get our full court time.

At times I have attempted to book an hour on one of the courts. But the app says only 1/2 hour is available, and yet the court beside us is empty and remains empty beyond our play time.
